It’s a happy day indeed for Seattle Mariner fans. Safeco Field, “The House that Griffey Built” will be home to Jr. in 2009. When rumors of this were swirling last week, I was afraid to hope. Growing up in the Seattle area during the Griffey glory days it will be great to see him back in an M’s uniform once again!
